Our negative thoughts come from our earthly part and are not our true being.

It comes from any person we have met from the moment of our birth until today. It comes from who our parents, our extended family, our teachers, our friends, our partners told us we were. It comes from people we met even for a moment and they spoke to us or simply saw us with a look that created negative feelings.

The fears, the insecurities, the negative labels about ourselves, were inherited from the people around us. It is their perception of who we are. It’s their own limitations. Every person who passed through our lives showed us a path and we decided which path we would follow.

Imagine a 3-year-old child. How much love he feels, how real he is, how much light he emits, how much curiosity he has to live, to learn, how much joy he feels, how honest he is. This child is your true being. Love, light, truth, joy, trust, faith, harmony, clear eyes, beautiful positive energy. This part is our divine part, it comes from God himself, from selfless love as Christ taught us. This is our true being.

What is needed is to recognize our earthly part as a part of our existence for which we are not responsible for how it was created but we have a responsibility to love it, to recognize it, to give it light and truth, love and acceptance, forgiveness and stay true to who we want to be. In what we choose to be.

The disharmony within us comes because we are fighting this part because deep down we know it is not us. We fight our fears, we fight our insecurities, we fight our guilt, our regrets and we don’t leave ourselves free to live as we really want and choose.

But when we turn to selfless love, our Divine part and send our love and light to that part then that part begins to change, transform, bring harmony within us and cooperate with us and dominate the peace within us because then it means that we stay true to our own truth, to our real self.

Love, light, faith, trust heal everything and bring positive changes and harmony to our lives.
